BEFORE LEAVING PLEASE DO NOT FORGET: - Please check if there is a form from your home university (Letter of Confirmation, Departure Certificate, etc.) that we have to sign for you and send it to me by e-mail some days before you go home. We can put a digital signature on it as students are not allowed and will not be able to enter our building (where our office is located) later as well.
The start of the study period in the form should be the first day of your semester and the end of the study period should be the date of your last exam /last completed course

The Admission Office of your faculty will issue your Academic Transcript (Credit Certificate) printed directly from the Neptun System.
This Transcript will only list those subjects where you have passed/earned a grade.
Please ask for your Credit Certificate from the relevant registrar of your Admission Office
- You will also have to keep your residence permit card and the address card and post it back to the address of the Immigration Office when you are back to your home country (and you will not come back to Hungary after then). The address of the office is: 6724 Szeged, Bakay Nándor utca 3. -
