Hotel Internships on the Canary Islands

We organise exclusive internships in hotels on the Canary Islands. Our programme is catered for students who wish to carry out an individual hotel placement.

To make the placement a positive experience for students, we aim to provide challenging and fulfilling placements. We have a pool of over 100 first class partner hotels available from which the suitable placement will be carefully chosen for each applicant. As we know the preferences (department, duties, training period, etc.) and qualifications of the students in advance, we are able to meet their expectations, as well as the requirements of the hotel. We are in close contact with the hotels, so we continually review the quality of the internships.

We undertake the initial selection of trainees, the correspondence and the complete placement organisation for the trainee and the hotel - such as the arrival, conventions, support with Erasmus documents, insurances and accommodation to the correct issue of the certificates. During the internship we support all our trainees and are always available as a point of contact and provide necessary assistance on-site.

If requested, we will organise intensive 4-week language courses in several Spanish cities in preparation for the internship.

We kindly ask you to print out the attached flyer and display it in your institution to inform the students and make them aware of this marvellous opportunity. Of course, you can inform students about our internship programme in a newsletter or put a link on your webpage, etc.

For more details about our programme, please visit: www.s-w-e-p.com (an English version is available)

Additionally, it would be a grand opportunity to work with your institution in the future, in case you offer or plan mobility projects as a project donor for groups within the European programme for "lifelong learning". We could organise hotel placements as a mediator or as a project partner on Tenerife for a group of your students. To find out more please visit the National Agency for the Lifelong Learning Programme's website at http://tinyurl.com/cmwuh9

For further information I am available at any time and would appreciate a brief response from you.

With sunny regards from Tenerife
