Deadlines for each academic year

May 31, for students arriving in the first semester, and November 15, for students arriving in the second semester. Please find an application form enclosed; you can also download it from our website as applfrm.rtf in .rtf format or print out applfrm.html. Complete it and send it to the institutional Erasmus Coordinator, Gabriella Balog Molnár at the International Relations Centre:

You will then receive confirmation from us and a circular concerning the orientation.

Documents to bring to the University of Szeged

• your ID card or passport;
• medical insurance documentation (Before you leave, ask about a possible bilateral agreement between your country and Hungary regarding free health service.)
• proof of your Erasmus status indicating the length of your stay;

Do not forget to bring with you:

• at least 3 passport photos;
• the International Student Card which makes you eligible for student discounts;
